At VastraWomen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not sell physical products directly, we simulate an online shopping experience through demo content. If we ever enable real product listings in the future through affiliate or promotional channels, this return policy will apply accordingly.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery (if applicable) for eligible products. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within this period via email.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@vastrawomen.com with the subject line “Return Request.”
- Include the following information in your email:
- Order number (if applicable)
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photographs of the item (if defective or damaged)
- Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to be used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in the condition it was received.
Refunds (If Applicable in Future)
If and when physical products are sold, refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited back via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
- Currently, VastraWomen does not sell any physical products. This policy is designed for future use or in the case of promotional or affiliate-linked transactions.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
